It maps nine building blocks — customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure — on a single sheet so you can see the whole model at a glance and iterate quickly.
Print it, fill it out with sticky notes, and rework it as you learn. Come back to it after every round of customer conversations.
